At LoveWala.in, we strive to deliver a magical experience. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds.
Eligibility for Refund
- If the payment was successful but the envelope link was never generated/active (technical failure).
- If the envelope content is corrupted or inaccessible within 24 hours of payment.
- If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double payment).
Non‑refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the envelope has been created and link is delivered.
- Incorrect content entered by the user (wrong name, photo, etc.).
- The recipient did not open/view the envelope – our delivery is to the link, not the recipient’s action.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lovewala.in with your Order ID (received after payment) and the reason. We will review within 48 hours and initiate a refund if approved.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
